Substitution Roster

One of our coaches has kindly created a substitution roster that ensures that all players on the team players receive equal time. All BSC coaches are welcome to download the roster, modify as necessary and use it at their discretion.

Incident Reports

Following are two Incident Report forms that Coaches should file if there is any incident which should be notified to the Club.

Incidents generally fall under two headings - Injuries and breaches of the Code of Conduct.

It is not necessary to file an incident report in respect of minor training injuries. Coaches must use their judgment. If medical assistance is required, or the injury is, in the coach's opinion, serious, or may lead to a disability (even temporary) then a report must be filed.
